Shopping with us
Check your products, quantities, delivery address and total charges before confirming at checkout. Adding products to a basket or saving regular-delivery choices does not complete an order. Keep your order confirmation for reference.
Where checkout is marked Test mode, use test details only. No real payment will be taken and no goods will be despatched from a test order.
Existing purchases remain subject to the terms provided when they were placed. For help with an order, reply to its confirmation or email us.
Products and delivery information
Read each product’s feeder type, size, quantity and description before deciding whether it meets your needs. Images are illustrative and live animals naturally vary. A Food Pack groups products; it is not a complete diet recommendation for every animal.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Standard livefood postage is £3.55 per four-space parcel, with an additional charge for each further parcel. The delivery page explains packing and current despatch times. First Class postage is not a guaranteed next-day service.
Review the delivery charge and complete order total shown at checkout before making a payment.
Problems, cancellation and legal rights
Contact us promptly about a missing, wrong or poor-condition delivery. Do not return livefoods without agreed instructions. See returns & order problems.
Perishable products may be exempt from ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights, but your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain. Nothing on this website removes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
