How postage adds up

These are examples, not a minimum or maximum order. Each Food Pack contains several tubs and stays together in one Letterbox, which can affect how many parcels you need. Your postage is based on the number of parcels shown at checkout.
When we despatch
Monday to Thursday: order before 1pm for same-day despatch. Orders after the cut-off move to the next scheduled despatch day. Orders placed after Thursday’s cut-off, or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, normally despatch on Monday.
Times follow the UK clock, including daylight saving. Bank holidays, stock availability, severe weather and service interruptions may affect the schedule. The despatch information at the top of the shop shows the current schedule and any service updates.
Despatch is not the delivery date
Standard Letterbox parcels use Royal Mail First Class. This is not a guaranteed next-day service: postal journeys can take longer. Do not rely on an estimated arrival as a guaranteed feeding deadline; plan your supplies with a little flexibility.
Check your delivery address and letterbox clearance. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, contact us before ordering.
When your parcel arrives
Bring it indoors promptly, check the tubs and follow the feeder-specific care instructions. Do not leave livefoods in direct sunlight, a hot vehicle or exposed to freezing conditions. Our care & storage guide explains the next steps.
Delayed or damaged delivery
Email us with your order number and the delivery address used. For damage or poor-condition livefoods, clear photographs of the outer packaging, label and affected tubs help us investigate. Contact us as soon as you reasonably can so we can help.
