LETTERBOX LIVEFOODS · HELP & ADVICE

How Letterbox works

Choose your feeders. Fill four spaces. Make the most of every parcel.

01 · Choose your livefoods

Browse the current catalogue by feeder type or search for a product. Check the size and quantity in the product name, then use More info for the description and available nutritional information.

02 · Build your Letterbox

Each parcel has four tub spaces. An individual livefood tub uses one space. A Food Pack is a group of tubs, not a single tub: check its component list and space count before adding it.

03 · Review the parcels

You can mix suitable individual tubs. Food Packs must stay together inside a parcel, which can leave a space unused. Review the actual box layout rather than counting product lines.

Four tubs, one parcel

Standard postage is £3.55 per livefood parcel. Filling all four spaces makes best use of that charge; a partially filled parcel still costs £3.55. Each additional parcel adds another £3.55.

The parcel is designed for letterbox delivery, but openings vary. The outer pack is approximately 335 × 240 × 25 mm; compare that with your letterbox, including brushes and flaps. Delivery through every letterbox cannot be guaranteed.
